| Booking Contract
YOUR BOOKING
You must be at least 18 years old when you book your accommodation.
Your booking is made as a consumer and you acknowledge that no liability
can be accepted for any business losses howsoever suffered or incurred
by you. When we issue our written confirmation to you, we enter into
a contract with you, the party leader, which is subject to these Booking
Conditions. Any disputes or queries will be between the party leader
and the owner. The party leader will assume responsibility for the
whole party and the compliance with these terms and conditions of all
party members. When your confirmation is received, the details must
be checked carefully. If anything is not correct you should tell us
immediately.
PAYING FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION
To
make a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable by cheque
or bank transfer. When we receive your cheque, we will
issue your confirmation
and necessary details. The balance of the booking cost must
be received by us no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival
date. Please also
bring 250€ in cash as a damage/breakages deposit, which will be
refunded upon departure, providing everything is in order. Please allow
30 minutes prior to actual departure for property and equipment inspection.
However, if you book less than 2 months before the arrival date, payment
of the total cost, including the damage/breakages deposit is due straightaway.
If your bank returns your payment to us unpaid, we reserve the right
to make an administration charge of 25€.
No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures
are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We operate a no refund policy and we STRONGLY RECOMMEND therefore
you take out a comprehensive travel cancellation, curtailment
and medical
insurance against cancellation due to ill-health, bereavement
etc as the above refund terms are non-negotiable.
RESPONSIBILITIES WITH REGARD TO THE PROPERTY
On departure you and your party must leave the property you have occupied
in the same condition as you found it on your arrival. Please also
leave the furniture in the same position. You must also inform us of
any damage or loss which occurs to the property or its contents during
your occupation and you will be responsible for paying appropriate
compensation to us, via your security deposit but you are not limited
to that amount. You may be billed for the difference between this and
the actual cost of the repairs.
ARRIVAL TIME
You should arrive at your accommodation after 4 pm on the start date
of your holiday. Upon your arrival in the area, please telephone us
and we will arrange a time and meeting point, from there we will take
you to your holiday villa to ensure you settle in comfortably.
DEPARTING THE PROPERTY
You
should leave by 10 a.m. and the accommodation must be handed back
in a clean and
correct manner. We do not normally charge for the change
over cleaning, however the right is reserved to charge for any cleaning
services necessary, should the property not be left in the above stated
condition. Please note: this includes ovens, hobs and barbeques, otherwise
deep cleaning of these items usually incurs a €40 charge.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Whilst conventional safety for occupants has been taken into account,
the property is considered safe, but where small children are concerned,
supervision throughout is necessary, i.e. terraces and the outdoor
swimming pool.
TERMS OF LIABILITY
The owners or the company who undertake the renting of the properties
will not accept liability for loss, damage, or expense of any kind
sustained by you or your party members during your stay and or connection
with the property named in this contract.
NO PETS
Pets of any kind are not allowed in the property.
WEBSITE AND ADVERTISEMENTS
The Owners aim to ensure that the information and descriptions provided
are accurately conveyed on the official website and any authorised
third-party websites or advertisements. There may be minor differences
between the actual accommodation and its description, as we are always
seeking to improve services and facilities. Occasionally, problems
mean that some facilities or services become unavailable, and if this
is the case we will tell you as soon as reasonably practical after
we have been made aware of the situation. Similarly, we cannot accept
responsibility for any changes or closures to local area amenities
or attractions mentioned on the website.
SMOKING POLICY
The villa is entirely non-smoking and you agree not to smoke in any
part of the accommodation. However smoking on the terraces or in the
gardens is permitted. Please use ashtrays provided.
WITH RESPECT TO THE PEACE
The villa is in a quiet residential area, you must pay due consideration
to the neighbours and avoid late-night noise, particularly outside.
The right is reserved to decline to accept or to expel any visitor
for detrimental conduct.
PROPERTY ACCESS
You must allow the Owner or any representative of the Owner access
at any reasonable time during your stay. Also note that the pool and
garden maintenance may need to be carried out during your stay.
