Inside, Casa La Plata feels cool and the spacious entrance hallway view is quite breathtaking. On this level there are four bedrooms, two large ensuite bedrooms, one with bath and shower over and one with shower cubicle. Each bedroom is very attractively presented.

Both double bedrooms have wide French doors opening onto a small balcony complete with table and two chairs, overlooking that ubiquitous view across the Catalan countryside and the horizon pool.

The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a luxury seperate bathroom. All bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobes.

Also on this level is a seperate utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, hoover, sink and cleaning utensils.

Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen, with modern hob and oven, an integral fridge freezer, dishwasher, large pantry area with shelves and microwave and plenty of storage space.

To the right is a large open plan dining and lounge area where you will find, Sky TV/Video/DVD/CD, a Bose speaker set for personal Ipod's/MP3's and comfortable leather furniture. French windows from the lounge, dining area and kitchen, lead to the terraces, inbuilt BBQ, pool, and pergola, where there are plenty of sunchairs, loungers, parasols. There is also an outdoor dining area, where you can sit and take in the views.

The villa has full central heating and wood burner- but heating is usually only needed from December to early March
